Listed here are rescue related research projects being carried out by various individuals and organizations. Unless specifically stated, the Jolly Green Association has not commissioned nor does it directly endorse any of these efforts. However, we do encourage our members to assist whenever appropriate.
In an attempt to assist you in separating legitimate research efforts from the wannabes and charlatans, I (the Webmaster) have compiled the following list of people and organizations currently doing research and the purpose of their research. If someone slips through, please let me know. Responding to requests for information on these projects is entirely up to you.
USAF Museum is looking for SEA Party Suits
John H.I. Morse Sr. is writing a book about the history of search and rescue at NKP.
Ron Thurlow, Helicopter Tail Number research
Bob "Quang Tri" LaPointe is writing a book on PJ's in the Vietnam War.
